Surface Studies of Nanomagnetic Systems

Devices using thin films of iron and crystals such as magnetite provide exciting possibilites for furture nanotechnology applications, particularly in ICT-related fields. My MSc thesis "Surface Studies of Nanomagnetic Systems" presents some useful research on these materials which was done using scanning tunneling microscopes at Trinity College Dublin.
